- Master’s course RW: De strafrechtelijke aanpak van terrorisme [The criminal justice approach to terrorism]
This Master’s course focuses on the substantive and procedural law components within the Netherlands’ approach to terrorism. It also covers aspects of international law – such as the relationship between the national approach and definitions of terrorism under international law, and the prosecution of other international crimes. Criminological and sociological components are also addressed.
