Venue adresses

• Open Universiteit (Valkenburgerweg 177, 6419 AT Heerlen) - the campus is accessible by car and public transport. If you come by car, you can use the staff parking lot of the Open Universiteit. To this end, park your car near the entrance before the barriers. You should enter the building right in front (Pretoria) and ask for a visitor pass. The reception will give you a visitor pass with which you can access the parking lot.
• Brightlands Smart Services Campus (Smedestraat 2, 6411 CR Heerlen) - the campus is accessible by car and public transport. If you come by car, you can park in paid parking spaces around the venue.

Participation fee

Participation fee for the conference activities organized on Thursday (including dinner) is €150,00 (regular fee) and €50,00 (for PhD students). To enable this event to be accessible to a wide audience, a waiver of the registration fee can be requested by emailing a motivation letter to lirs@ou.nl.
