Randstad, one of the world’s largest Human Resources services company, with operations in 39 countries, is well aware of the problems people face when looking for a job. These processes require a positive attitude and careful planning. People feel much more confident approaching this job hunting phase if they have done some thinking and preparation beforehand. Randstad has joined forces with RAGE experts to use applied games to help job-seekers master the process of getting a job.
Trials
The game that Randstad will be using as part of the RAGE trials in June 2017 will help people to confirm their employment aspirations, to understand the characteristics of the jobs they are looking for and to have a more realistic attitude to the market.
