Published: English version book Route Circular, a roadmap for a circular business model
A book entitled Route Circulair, een roadmap voor een circulair bedrijfsmodel  was published in 2017. Autumn 2018, the English version of this book became available. Prof. dr. Karen Maas, a member of the Faculty of Management, Science & Technology, is one of the authors.

Background

The popularity of the circular economy is growing, but what does it have to offer in practice? Even if organizations do not feel enough urgency, because resource scarcity does not yet have priority, there are sufficient opportunities available. The circular economy offers opportunities for resource efficiency and cost savings, technological innovation, chain cooperation and more. The transition to a circular business model requires change and effort. The winners of tomorrow have already started taking the first steps today. And this pays for itself, as the 31 organizations show in Route Circular, a roadmap for a circular business model.

This book has a business approach.  In the book, 31 organizations demonstrate - based on their experiences - how a circular business model pays for itself.
The English-language book has been published at Eburon.
