PhD candidate Bibeg Limbu from the TeLI group within the Welten Institute travelled to Denmark last week to present Calligraphy Tutor, the application he has been working on which was selected as one of the finalists in the 2018 International Student Design Contest organised by ASLRED. To his great delight, Calligraphy Tutor won the top prize of 500 Euro. During his announcement of the prize, Matthias Rehm from Aalborg University, who was the Conference General praised the underlying concept of Bibeg’s work and described it as having a lot of potential.
