The call for better education is a current topic. While education in the Netherlands is by no means dreadful, there is always room for improvement.
Many people believe it should be even better. And that doesn’t mean one course in particular, it means every student and pupil. But we won’t achieve that simply by focusing on the quality of the teaching staff, the examinations or the teaching materials. Things such as the school organisation, how the teaching is structured and how we introduce improvements and innovations also play a role. Within the Educational Sciences Course, we guide you to become an expert who is capable of scientifically examining and resolving such problems.
